The Medicaid Advantage Plus Program is a MLTC health insurance product available to residents of New York state who are dually eligible Medicaid and Medicare members, age 18 years and over, with long-term care needs.
Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE):
The Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a MLTC health insurance product available to residents of New York state who are Medicaid or dually eligible Medicaid and Medicare members, age 55 years and over, with long-term care needs.
