NYS Infertility Reimbursement Program
This program offers grant assistance to higher volume providers of infertility services in New York State. Approved providers have met specific eligibility criteria for the program and performance standards (as documented by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)), for in vitro fertilization (IVF), gamete intrafallopian transfer (GIFT), zygote intrafallopian transfer (ZIFT), testicular sperm extraction (TESE) and Fertility Preservation Services (FPS).
