Technical Requirements

The following are the minimum requirements to access NYSIIS:

Hardware

• Pentium 500 MHz computer
• 64 MB RAM minimum
• 500 MB free disk space
• Display set at resolution of 800x600, 256 colors

Software

• Internet Browsers
• Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 7.0 or higher
• Netscape version 7.x is compatible for use with NYSIIS
• Windows XP and all subsequent versions
• Adobe Readers 6.0 or higher

Internet Access

• For networked computers: Ensure that https://commerce.health.state.ny.us and the NYSIIS-Production application are listed as trusted sites within the network firewall.
