Medically Fragile Children and Adult Program

Enrollment

The Private Duty Nursing Medically Fragile Children and Adult Program consists of two components:

  1. Private Duty Nursing (PDN) Medically Fragile Children and Adult (MFCA) Training and Experience
  2. PDN MFCA Provider Directory

Both components have corresponding financial enhancements for provider participation and require provider enrollment. A provider can choose to enroll in one or both programs.  Re-enrollment into each component will be necessary during the Provider Enrollment Revalidation Process, which occurs every five years.
