The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has completed its review of the annual update (Year 5) of the Value Based Payment (VBP) Roadmap update for New York´s section 11 l 5(a) demonstration (Project No. 11–W–00304/2), titled "Medicaid Redesign Team" (MRT). We have determined that the submission dated September 26, 2019, meets the requirements set forth in the Special Terms and Conditions, and, therefore, hereby approve the MRT´s VBP Roadmap.
