What is a privacy issue?	A privacy issue is any event that exposes Medicaid Confidential Data (MCD) to unauthorized use, modification, access, or disclosure.
What is privacy issue reporting?	As part of the data-sharing agreement, Medicaid Confidential Data (MCD) requestors agree to immediately report any exposures of MCD to the Security and Privacy Bureau.
How do I report a privacy issue?	MCD requestors must report exposures of MCD as soon as possible to the OHIP Security and Privacy Bureau's mailbox: doh.sm.Medicaid.Data.Exchange@health.ny.gov
