Single Source Procurement: Surveillance and Investigation Activities
Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The New York State Department of Health Office of Primary Care and Health Systems Management has made a determination to issue Single Source Procurements with to Island Peer Review Organization and New York County Health Services Review Organization. These contracts will allow the vendors to provide surveillance and investigation activities for Adult Care Facilities, Licensed Home Care Services Agencies, Nursing Homes, Intermediate Care Facilities and Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities.
