Single Source Procurement: Regional Lead Resource Centers

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The New York State Department of Health Office of Public Health has made a determination to issue Single Source Procurements with to Kaleida Health, Montefiore Medical Center and SUNY Upstate Medical Center. These contracts will allow the vendors to provide technical assistance, individual case consultation and outreach education to health care providers, local hospitals, local health departments, and the public within each of their respective regions in accordance with generally accepted medical standards, Public Health Law, and regulations.
