Single Source Procurement: Nurse-Family Partnership Program (Legislative Add On)

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The New York State Department of Health Maternal and Infant Health Home Visiting Program has made a determination to issue a Single Source Procurement to ten eligible grantees to support ongoing currently funded projects.

Legislative appropriations totaling $1.8M are being distributed to ten (10) existing Nurse Family Partnership Program grantees. All of the grantees currently participating in the Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) program administered by the Department of Health (DOH) received funding from this appropriation.
