Single Source Procurement: Nourish New York

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law §163.10(b), the New York State Department of (DOH) is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible.

In November 2021, the Governor signed legislation making Nourish NY a permanent program in statute. Beginning 7/1/23 NNY funding will be incorporated in the HPNAP contracts. Current NNY contracts expire 3/31/23 so a contract extension is necessary to bridge the gap.
