Single Source Procurement: Environmental Modification (EMOD) Evaluators, No-Cost Time Extension

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), the New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, material, and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The Office of Health Insurance Programs, Division of Operations and Systems will extend three contracts at no extra cost to allow for Request for Proposal (RFP) expansion due to an insufficient response to the first RFP release. These contracts provide Environmental Modification (EMOD) Evaluator services for qualified enrollees of the Medical Indemnity Fund (MIF).
