The New York State Office of the State Comptroller’s Bureau of Contracts on 1/20/2023 approved a request for exemption from giving notice in the New York State Contract Reporter for the Native American HIV Peer Certification Initiative from Native American Community Services of Erie and Niagara Counties, Inc. (NACS).

Due to the specific circumstances of this procurement and the unique qualifications of the selected firm/entity, a competitive procurement was not feasible in this instance.

The contract will support an innovative HIV Peer Certification Initiative, a joint effort of the AI, Centers for Disease Prevention and Control (CDC) and Indian Health Services (IHS).
