Description: The NYS Occupational Health Clinic Network was created to focus on the diagnosis, screening, treatment, referral, identification of exposures and prevention of occupational disease. Oversight and coordination of the Occupational Health Clinic Network will be provided through the Department's Bureau of Occupational Health and Injury Prevention. The clinic members of the Occupational Health Clinic Network are selected through a competitive procurement (RFA #1701170144, is currently pending release); however, the agricultural specialty clinic is named is Public Health Law (Article 39). The work of the clinics that comprise the OHCN continues to be as important as the day the network was created.
The New York State Office of the State Comptroller's Bureau of Contracts on 7/11/22 approved a request for exemption from giving notice in the New York State Contract Reporter for the NYC Agricultural Medicine and Health from Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital.
Due to the specific circumstances of this procurement and the unique qualifications of the selected firm/entity, a competitive procurement was not feasible in this instance.
