Single Source Procurement: Sanitary Survey Trainings

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. On September 16, 2021, an Advertisement was posted in the New York State Contract Reporter, seeking a contractor to provide training to state and local health departments within New York State on conducting sanitary surveys at public water supplies. The only response that was received was from The Cadmus Group. It is not believed that any better response would be received through a formal competitive process.
