Single Source Procurement: COVID-19 Local Health Department (LHD) Support Budget Modification
Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), the New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, material, and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The Bureau of Immunization will execute a budget modification amendment to contract C037071 with the New York State Association of County Health Officials (NYSACHO). The contract is in place to support Local Health Departments in matters related to increasing COVID-19 vaccinations. No additional time or money is being requested in this amendment.
