Single Source Procurement: New York State Donate Life Registry
Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), the New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, material, and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The New York State Department of Health, New York State of Health has made a determination to contract with the New York Alliance for Donation dba Donate Life New York State on a single source basis for administrative support and operation of the NYS Donate Life Registry. This contract is necessary to maintain Registry function without interruption while a future competitive opportunity is contemplated.
