Single Source Procurement: 1115 Children’s Waiver Demonstration Independent Evaluation

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), the New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, material, and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The New York State Department of Health, Office of Health Insurance Programs, Division of Program Development and Management has made a determination to contract with RAND Corporation on a single source basis to conduct an independent evaluation of the Children’s 1115 Waiver.
