Single Source Procurement: MRT & OPWDD Transition Consultant, No-Cost Time Extension

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The New York State Department of Health Office of Health Insurance Programs has made a determination to extend contract C034740 with Brenda Jackson Consulting, LLC (BJC) at no extra cost. This will allow BJC to continue to provide consultation services regarding the Children’s Transformation, for the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) Transition to Health Homes and Managed Care and other Medicaid initiatives.
