Single Source Procurement: Tribal Non-Participating Manufacturer Pack Count Project

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), the New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, material, and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The New York State Department of Health, Office of Public Health, Division of Chronic Disease Prevention has made a determination to extend its contract with the incumbent contractor on a single source basis at no additional cost for eight months to complete data collection and allow for data review and recommendations.
