Single Source Procurement: Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b),The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The Department of Health Bureau of Chronic Disease Evaluation and Research (BCDER) has executed a cost amendment for contract #C033974 with ICF Macro, Inc. to increase the number of surveys to be conducted in the 2019 Annual Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) survey. There is no extension of the contract period.
