Single Source Procurement: Person-Centered Planning Comprehensive System Transformation Statewide Training Initiative

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), the New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, material, and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The New York State Department of Health, Office of Health Insurance Programs, Bureau of Community Integration and Alzheimer’s Disease has made a determination to amend contract C033972 with Public Consulting Group, Inc. to add virtual training deliverables in order to continue providing valuable training opportunities during the COVID-19 pandemic. The contract amendment will modify the budget and deliverables to include virtual training but will require no additional cost or time.
