Single Source Procurement: Children’s Medicaid Redesign Team Transformation

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. It would be unfeasible to contract with another vendor for these services until the time a new vendor can be selected competitively. The Department is currently in the process of drafting the RFP to replace C033682 and will replace this contract upon this amendment’s expiration. The Department requires an additional four (4) month period to contract with a vendor through the RFP process.
