Single Source Procurement: Family Initiative Coordination Services Project

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), the New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, material, and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The New York State Department of Health, Bureau of Early Intervention, has made a determination to emend its contract with the incumbent contractor on a single source basis add additional funding to avoid interruption of services.
