Single Source Procurement: Family Initiative Coordination Services Project
Pursuant to New York State Finance Law §163.10(b), the New York State Department of Health (DOH) is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The New York State Office of the State Comptroller’s Bureau of Contracts on 12/12/2023 approved a request for exemption from giving notice in the New York State Contract Reporter for the development and implementation of a training program from Cam Held Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Just Kids Early Childhood Learning Center.
Due to the specific circumstances of this procurement and the unique qualifications of the selected firm/entity, a competitive procurement was not feasible in this instance.
