Single Source Procurement: Uniform Assessment System of New York

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), the New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, material, and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The New York State Department of Health, Office of Health Insurance Programs, Division of Long-Term Care, has made a determination to extend its contract at additional cost with the Center for Information Management, Inc. until January 31, 2021 to avoid a gap in service while a competitive procurement is completed and a new contract is put in place.
