Single Source Procurement: Early Intervention System End User Support Services (NYEIS)

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The New York State Department of Health, Division of Family Health, Early Intervention Program has made a determination to issue a Single Source Procurement to Currier McCabe and Associates, Inc. DBA CMA Consulting Services to support ongoing currently funded projects.

This contract provides help desk support services to Early Intervention Programs (EIP’s) in order to support EIP’s service delivery, provider approval, financial, administration and management activities at both the local and State levels. These activities include initial intake, evaluation, eligibility determination, Individualized Family Service Plan development, service provision, and capture of Medicaid and third-party insurance information.
