Single Source Procurement: Restructuring and Reconfiguring of cubical area

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The Department reached out to providers for quotes for the installation of furniture. Only Herman Miller had the capacity to take on the project in the amount of time provided. The other two bidders failed to bid as there was very short notice provided.
