Single Source Procurement: Eastern Equine Encephalitis Vaccination

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The New York State Department of Health, Wadsworth Center is contracting with the United States Army Medical Research via the sole source process as they are the only entity in the US that provide vaccinations for people at risk for specific pathogens including the virus which causes Eastern Equine Encephalitis.
