Single Source Procurement: The Center for Excellence in Tobacco Policy

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), the New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, material, and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The New York State Department of Health, Office of Public Health, Bureau of Tobacco Control, has made a determination to extend its contract at additional cost with the Public Health Advocacy Institute, Inc. until February 28, 2021 to avoid a gap in service while a competitive procurement is completed and a new contract is put in place.
