Single Source Procurement: All Payer Database: Data Warehouse and Data Analytics Program

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law §163.10(b), the New York State Department of (DOH) is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible.

Under contract C029858 the vendor developed and operates the All Payer Database for New York State. This contract transaction seeks to add a CPI increase to the cost of ongoing operations and to update hardware delivered in 2016 to modern standards.
