Single Source Procurement: Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) Quality Assurance Cost Extension

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), the New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, material, and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The Office of Health Insurance Programs will extend contract C029758 with NTT DATA State Health Consulting, LLC for 36 months at additional cost. The extension is needed to avoid interruption of services and allow sufficient time for the development and release of the next Request for Proposals.
