Single Source Procurement: Development, Printing, Scoring and Distribution of Examinations

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. This amendment is to revise the contract scope of work to add onsite computer-based testing to increase security, credibility and reliability of test results.
