Single Source Procurement: Mediation Services

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The New York State Dispute Resolution Association (NYSDRA) was the sole bidder and currently contracts with New York State Department of Health (Department) to administer the Early Intervention Mediation Program. The Department is completing a no cost nine-month extension while a replacement contract is being competitively procured.
