Single Source Procurement: Mammography Inspection Program – Suffolk County
Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The Suffolk County MQSA inspection program is currently fully staffed, trained and certified. They have a 22-year record of performing these inspections at a reasonable cost, utilizing the FDA procedures and meeting all the FDA and DOH requirements.
