Single Source Procurement: Quality Assurance Services

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The Department. isn't in a position to release at RFP at this time. There is a potential for the state to incorporate QA services from an enterprise perspective into one procurement There is additional analysis underway (involving several stakeholders form multiple program office) to determine the scope needed for an all system vs. NYSOH only.
