Single Source Procurement: Training Services NY State of Health
Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. It would be unfeasible to contract with another vendor for these services until the time a new vendor can be selected competitively. The Department is currently in the process of drafting the RFP to replace C028073 and will replace this contract upon this amendment’s expiration.
