Single Source Procurement: Asset Verification System

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The Department of Health has released a new competitive procurement which is currently waiting to receive proposals from potential bidders. This extension would avoid a gap in services, until the existing or new contractor can be selected through the RFP process.
