Single Source Procurement: Surveillance Activities for Hospitals and Diagnostic Treatment Centers
Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. This extension will allow the Department to evaluate the OGC centralized contract system to ascertain if there is a compatible contract for use and if not to release an RFP for future service.
