Single Source Procurement: Radiology Management Services
Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. Magellan was awarded the contract via a competitive procurement however the Department failed to include required past through cost i.e. postage and other related expenses. This amendment will add those cost.
