Dear Administrator:
This letter contains information for your Assisted Living Project (ALP) Medicaid reimbursement rates effective April 1, 2023. The State Fiscal Year 2023-24 Enacted Budget provided for a 6.5 (six and one half) percent across the board (ATB) increase in provider reimbursement rates retroactive to April 1, 2023. The Department of Health is utilizing the latest available rates on eMedNY (October 1, 2022) to apply the 6.5% increase.
This document and ALP rates are posted at the following location under Current Rates - April 2023 ALPS 6.5% Enhancement.
The processing of the 6.5% ATB rate increase will take effect in cycle #2408 with a check release date of 11/1/2023.
