Medical Indemnity Fund
NOTICE: Pursuant to the requirements of Public Health Law § 2999-I(6), enrollment in the New York State Medical Indemnity Fund is closed until further notice. In addition, any pending application for enrollment which has not received an affirmative response in writing from the Medical Indemnity Fund administrator must be rejected as required by law.

Beginning on November 1st, 2021, all correspondence regarding enrollment, all claims, and general information requests will be submitted directly to PCG at: NY_DOH_MIF@pcgus.com
