Bill Ryan has worked at Albany County since 1979, holding responsibilities from Public Health Technician to his present position, Associate Public Health Sanitarian. In those 29 years, Bill has worked in programs involving individual water supplies, design and installation of private septic systems, housing hygiene, the Albany County Pesticide Notification Law and performing restaurant inspections. Often he has taken his personal time to provide educational programs to the public on health department regulations and made after-hour visits to accommodate home owners and builders.
