The New York State Department of Health will host the first public meeting of the Taskforce on Maternal Mortality and Disparate Racial Outcomes on Tuesday, September 25, 2018, Empire State Plaza, Meeting Room 6 .

The Taskforce was formed to provide expert policy advice on improving maternal outcomes, addressing racial and economic disparities and reducing the frequency of maternal mortality and morbidity in New York State.

The taskforce will be led by:
