The New York State Office of the State Comptroller’s Bureau of Contracts on July 12, 2024, approved a request for exemption from giving notice in the New York State Contract Reporter to provide a comprehensive system of early intervention services for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families from Currier McCabe & Associates, Inc. DBA CMA Consulting Services.
Due to the specific circumstances of this procurement and the unique qualifications of the selected firm/entity, a competitive procurement was not feasible in this instance.
