State Environmental Quality Review of the Jewish Home Lifecare CON #121075

As a step in the State Environment Quality Review process, the New York State Department of Health (DOH) scheduled for June 27, 2013 a public scoping session on the Draft Scoping Document for the Jewish Home Lifecare (JHL), Manhattan Replacement Nursing Facility project. In response to numerous requests from residents of Park West Village, parents and staff of PS 163 and elected officials, DOH decided to reschedule the public scoping session for July, 30, 2013 to allow the public additional time to review the Draft Scoping Document. Since that time, DOH has received additional requests from JHL and the public to once again reschedule the public scoping hearing. DOH, in an effort to maximize input from the community, has again rescheduled the public scoping session for Tuesday, September 17, 2013 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at P.S. 163, 163 West 97th Street, New York, 10025. Please take notice of the location change.
