Notice to Seek Public Comment: NYSDOH Annual Application for Federal Fiscal Year 2022 Funding – Part C of IDEA

This notice is to seek public comment regarding New York State Department of Health’s 2022 State Application for federal funds under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) for state administration of the Early Intervention Program (EIP). As required under IDEA, the application will be posted for public review for 60 days, with written public comments accepted for 30 calendar days from March 2, 2022 through April 1, 2022.
