Component D: Medicaid Redesign Team (MRT) Financial Assistance (Long-Term Rental Assistance) and Housing Retention Services for Non-HASA (HIV/AIDS Services Administration) Eligible, High-Need Medicaid Beneficiaries Living with HIV in New York City

This is a procurement which encompasses four (4) components. In order to apply for any component, eligible applicants must submit separate applications for each component via the New York State Grants Gateway.
