The New York State Department of Health Bureau of Community Environmental Health and Food Protection is responsible for the implementation of the Tanning Facility Program for the following counties:
- Broome County
- Cattaraugus County
- Cortland County
- Erie County
- Livingston County
- Nassau County
- Niagara County
- Orange County
- Oswego County
- Queens County
- Rensselaer County
- Schenectady County
- Schoharie County
- Suffolk County
- Tompkins County
- Ulster County
- Westchester County

- Warning Sign, available in both English and Spanish in Portable Document Format (PDF). The sign must be printed 11" x 17" or larger to meet the text size requirements specified in the New York State regulation.
